I sent bolt of to have the sleeve updated. While on phone I asked what year left their hands 1977. So after looking in blue book and bible it’s seems that is a couple of years before deluxe was made.
1977 Howa action made in Japan then “ made “ in California. Anyone can help me with the details. Iron sights is really confusing on model too.
