Does anyone know just how detailed and how much documentation you need to put on the forms for a LA permit? The reason I ask is I have an old arrest on a brake tag ticket (long story) that I can't find any information for. I have contacted LSP, parish and local police but no one has any info. If it shows up on my record, will it be cause for denial? It's from around 18 years ago.
