SPF ... deer cart for sale $70 OBO

This is a nice Strong Built brand big game / deer cart that I purchased at Simmons Sporting goods a year or so back. Just remove 2 bolts and it pretty much folds in half for transport. It's never been used. I just assembled it and put it in my equipment shed. I paid around $100 for it. I'd like to get $70 OBO. Located in Metairie, will be headed to BR next weekend. Is this the kind that the wheels can easily be removed for "flat storage" or is the folding in half its only "breakdown" feature?
