Grass cutting Wallace/Gramercy area

Trying to help my brother out.

He owns a couple of lots in a subdivision in the Wallace/Gramercy area and is looking for a new grass cutter to keep up his lots. His current guy just quit (getting out of the business or something).

Does anyone know a cutter in this area?

He has 2 lots and said:
"The lots are in Wallace. Along the westbank of the river in the Sugar
Land Estates subdivision. Just north of the Veterans bridge." (Sorry if its not the best discription, i'm not familiar with that area)
He said the guy who quit on him was cutting "several lots" in the subdivision (other owners), so there may be an opportunity for picking up more customers.

I'll try to find out more info. Let me know what other question you have. (He lives in GA, so please bare with the delayed responses)
