Transfer times to dealers from manufactuer

Ordered an Element bout a month ago from Belsco in Lafayatte La. Just wondering what transfer times to class 3 dealers are from silencer manufactures ??? I know I've got a long wait once I send the paperwork off, just wanting to get to that point. I guess theres nothing fast about the process, and this being my firs class 3 purchase I am finding that out the hard way.

it's a little flaky . I've had them come back in 3 week's , I've had them take 3 month's . No figuring them
