    This is killing me. I just got one for $650 about a month ago. I'm telling you, prices are plummeting, and there's got to be a reason.

    Prices are always artificially high. I'm pretty sure that's called "supply and demand".

    This must be the result of the idiotic frenzy of the lunatics after the President was elected, when everyone thought he was going to take their guns away. I guess the buying public is coming to their senses. Or maybe their credit card bills came due at the same time that they lost their jobs.

    Well, when demand is higher than supply the prices rise. I am sure that is what you meant, just wanted to clarify for people who didn't have econ 101. I actually think we are going to see lower prices now, because the suppliers started to supply more when the demand went up. Now that demand is about to level out, there will be a lot of excess supply in the market. If we are lucky the exact opposite will happen, most likely after Christmas.
