Is this classified as a short barreled rifle when attatched to a lower with a collapsable stock? Is there any other mods needed to make this work on an AR 15?

This one is sold. No its not an SBR(short barreled rifle). Since the flashhider is permanently attached to the bbl it is considered part of the bbl. This makes the bbl 16" long. And no, no other mods are needed.
