i'm not the OP but i have an m951 and i'll fill you in on the details. No it's not an LED model, but TNVC and Malkoff offer LED drop ins. also, all 951's come with a rail mount, they are thumbscrew from the factory, but LaRue and ARMS do offer quick disconnect mounts.
