    Onions and garlic.
    Some 15 cent a pound cabbage and sasage, black pepper, onions. No salt added as the sausage and ham have more than enough. And us old guys gotta cut back ya know.
    After cutting back you taste some things and it really taste salty.

    You don’t get healthy wealthy and wise with that. Just gas.
    Baking soda helps with the gas. JUST FYI. I did smothered cabbage and a pound out black eyed peas. Good stuff!
