Howz it shoot? What's the trigger like?

It has just made one trip to the range and one trip to the woods, so i have not spent much time shooting it. It grouped around an 1" with me off a bipod at 100y shooting 150gr remington factory loads while I was plinking at the range. The trigger was a little heavy for me, but i have not tried to adjust it.

Is this the "308 tactical" advertised on LA Sportsman?

Nope, but it was written up last June or July (I think) in American Rifleman. They liked it. I've never shot one, but I've been curious ever since they came out. From what I understand, the idea is to combine accuracy (varmint) with portability (tactical). This is a pretty good deal.

Sorry Mickey, wasn't trying to hijack your thread.

I could use a converted saiga 12 too.....

    Mickey,
Will ( Red Jacket) wanted to trade me a long gun for some 147gr. American Eagle ammo. and I do not need one. You might want to ask him how much ammo. for the gun you want. I am asking $13 per box for the ammo. 225-328-7450
