This upper is in great shape w/ a couple small use marks that you should be able to see in the picture. $515 face-to-face in Covington, or will ship UPS insured after payment for an extra $10.

I also have a Tactical Innovations complete lower that could be sold with the upper only on a face-to-face transaction for an extra $250. The lower is practically new, built on a RRA (or possibly Stag) lpk
