I love this little gun but I've always wanted a bolt action .22 rifle and never got one, so I will be purchasing one shortly but my money is tight right now so I need to sell this one.
This Marlin was purchased new by me in December 2009 for $149.99 and I've shot 300-400 rounds through it with no problems whatsoever. There are only 2 very minor scratches in the wood which you can see in the pictures. Otherwise it is like new. Tubular magazine holds 14 rounds. I have the manual and original receipt. The scope is not included with this rifle as I'd like to keep it for my next .22 rifle.

I was shortening up 'Win Mag' and forgot about 'rimfire' behind it

Anyways, its the rifle on the bipod:

Great shape aside from some initals, etc engraved in a spot on the opposite side of the stock by the previous owner. I bought it from BJ Pawn 2 years ago second hand. Never had any problems with it....just thinking about getting something more 'laid back' to go with my 795.
