    Damn, that sucks! I sounds like they admitted there are faults in the current system so she may stand a chance of getting it worked out.

    When I first started paying a water bill about 5 years ago it was $40 a month, now its like flamatrix around $100 a month. Do you think costs more than doubled in 5 years?

    That would be the utility companies fault for not doing....apparently anything right :rolleyes:

    And our water, natural gas, sewer, and trash are combined in one bill here in Livingston (for me anyway). It was $51 when I paid it yesterday :D

    I've done a couple of jobs in Brockton. Not the greatest of towns.

    They're claiming that she underpaid by an average of $694.44 per month. That's nuts. That puts her water usage in AlGore territory. :rolleyes:
