OUr increase was due to watering the wife's garden when it wasn't raining.

And our water, natural gas, sewer, and trash are combined in one bill here in Livingston (for me anyway). It was $51 when I paid it yesterday

They're claiming that she underpaid by an average of $694.44 per month. That's nuts. That puts her water usage in AlGore territory.
