These are Romanian pistols (technically) built by Cigur on Romanian receivers. They don't fall under 922r (only long guns) so they are imported as complete guns.

Some sights say, These are Romanian AK Draco handguns in 7.62x39 this firearm was assembled by Century Arms International and may contain both new US made parts and original used surplus parts.

Others say, made by Romanian Manufacturer, CN ROMARM SA /CUGIR, and imported by Century International Arms, Inc.

But not a buba kit build. The Romanians use them with a stock and a happy switch.

Chinese models have the hooded front sight as well. Unusual for a Romanian I think.

I've shot an AR pistol in 7.62 39. It is very loud but not bad recoil. Could hit the metal gong at the BZ easily, using iron sights.

I hold my M92 straight out, sling around the shoulder, with the left hand on the wood. Recoil is surprisingly light. The boom and fireball is NOT.
