God I wish I could get this. I have always wanted one for the dumbest reason. One of the characters in a series of books I read growing up carried them, and I always wanted them as a collector.

They have a cult following. Between the Survivalist and it being Sonny Crocket on Miami Vice's back up ankle weapon they have a lot of fans. Plus it really is the softest shooting compact .45 I have ever shot. I just don't carry it and it's too nice to throw in a tackle box.
