Traveling to Oklahoma soon, I found a couple websites displaying different information. One says "yes", the other says "no"...
    Please advise

Thanks everyone, I was just concerned since I couldn't find this information on the Oklahoma state website. They list the states that honor their permit, but not the states that they honor.

Be sure to know the restrictions on THEIR permit when you are in another state as THOSE are the restrictions YOU will be held to. When traveling I always go to http://handgunlaw.us and get the latest laws for each state I am traveling through AND I also try to check on the city/county/parish statutes that may be in effect where I will be going/traveling through.

Does anyone know (and I'm not asking for every little detail) why Ohio and Oregon- who are both "shall issue" states- have not reached reciprocal state status with Louisiana?

Cutting to the chase- is it "us" or "them"?

If LA honors their permit, they honor ours. LA is reciprocal only when it comes to permit recognition. No unilateral recognition of permits.
