I inherited a 16ft xpress w/out an engine. Looking to find something gently used to get it back on the water, I'm not afraid of an older 2 stroke as long as it runs well. Engine with controls would be great, but not a deal breaker if not. I have some cash, a verified business paypal account, and lots of things to trade. I have no problem traveling to make the deal.
