    Still JHP vs +P+ JHP right?

    Just a difference in caliber of course which is the point I suppose.

    A standard .40 JHP round vs a +P+ 9mm JHP.

    I could look through his files to find the same type AMMO used in each caliber but I think it's not going to be far off from what we see here.

    Study some charts and you may be surprised, they are normally close in results. Look up the chart that shows the basic defensive calibers and the results on one page. I can not paste and copy.



    When comparing well designed duty handgun ammunition, there are minimal differences in penetration depths and temporary cavity effects, as noted below in the gel shots by Doug Carr: Google Doug Carr and click on defensive and duty ammunition for a good chart.
