I am using the GALCO 'Yaqui Slide" from Packinheat.com; it is OWB.

There is a little cheap black cloth "Uncle Mike's" generic IWB that also works very well. The expensive horsehide ITP GALCO model for the G-26 works fine for the PT-145, too.

Some of the custom holster makers will make one for you.

I usually carry my other CC weapons in IWB's, but the Yaqui Slide works very well for the PT-145 MP. It is "inside the belt". Wear a good, stout belt.

I agree with you that this is the best carry piece available for CC. The low price is just a bonus.

There is a PT-145 variant w/o the little built-in under-rail, but they are hard to find.

For those unfamiliar, the photo is almost actual size; the weapon is the size of a G-26, but, has smoother edges.

Couple of options available, most people claim that a holster for the XD will fit perfectly on your PT-145 with the exception of a Serpa Holster.

FIST can custom make you a holster http://www.fist-inc.com/holsters/gunlistA/Default.htm

Kramer can also custom make you one http://www.kramerleather.com/which-holster.cfm?pageAction=displayHolsters&productID=&categoryID=

Galco has a few options available http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG2.asp

When it comes to leather I believe in Nick Mathews products he is a custom leather holster maker out of Texas, is hard to beat his quality and price, he does not have the PT145 listed but he says on his page that if you contact him with a specific weapon he will do his best to get it to keep a costumer happy.
