Either everyone is broke or folks don't like black rifles anymore. These are on sale at DPMS for $368 plus shipping plus transfer. You're not gonna do better than $250 for a quality forged complete lower. Add a JSE complete upper for abut $350 shipped and you have a quality AR for $600.
