Contender Barrel for sale.
The Contender barrel is a Super 14 Stainless in 35 Rem.
Comes with two boxes of ammo and the fore stock. Very nice shape, has sights, but can put scope mount on it. I have never shot it. Bought the gun w/ two barrels and am keeping the gun and other barrel.
Looking to get NEW PRICE $200 for the Contender barrel.
No trades right now.

same lower, bolt, mags. Only difference is the barrel.

I asked about that.
Was thinking I would try to get a blackout upper.
What I have been told is that basically the Whisper is the same as the Blackout.
I think what was going on is that a group of people were trying to get away from the "ownership" that SSK has on the name 300 Whisper.
I have been told that you "can" ream it out, but you won't get anything ballistically for it.
I have been told you "can't", but certain "people" could.
I have been told that depending upon the dimensions of your Whisper chamber, you can fire either cartridge in the same gun, the overall dimensions are very similar.
So, I don't quite know who to believe.
