Im thinking of trading our .308 for a new hog gun. We hunt close range and need to carry it while dog hunting. Something SHORT and easy to carry would be best. prefer bigger than .223, Maybe a 16" saiga or AK? What about converted 20g folder? Help us out any trades considered. It has about 5 boxes of rounds through it and has 3x9x50mm Leupold scope on it. My son is 9 and can shoot this gun all day with the weight of barrel and built in recoil pad its smooth and still shorter than most fullsize rifles. Hogue stock is very nice for hunting. Let me know what you got. Will come with a couple boxes of ammo

Got a cash price range? I have been looking for a 700 or x bolt in 308. Does it have a drop mag or just a drop out bottom?

Its a drop out bottom.
Nick it is same size as LTR but LTR has fluted barrel,teflon coating,and composite stock instead of Hogue.

I see now that adding a folding stock to an AK is pretty easy so send me a PM with a pictureif you have an AK. Any other guns you think might work for me send those to.
I also prefer to trade with scope

SKS with synethic stock as well as wood. I have a (I think Simmons) scope with the mount for an SKS but it is not on the gun. Not sure the specs on the scope.

Do you have a selling price in mind, for those of us who might be interested but who don't have an AK or whatever to entice you.
Seems like you'll get enough $$$ on this rifle (esp. with scope included) to buy whatever the heck you want in the AK-Saiga category.
