Need to sell my shop. 30'x40'x10' eave height welded metal building. 20' awning on the front and 20' lean-to on the entire 40' length. The inside is finished in OSB and insulated. One walk door and 1 roll up door.
Awnings and lean-to are bolted on so removal will be easy. Main frame of building is box and Channel ( light gauge) welded. Will have to be cut apart.
Buyer must disassemble and move. Majority of steel is 16ft or longer.
