556 headstamp L C 21

I have some loose 556 ammo with the headstamp L C 21
I know it's Lake City which is Federal ammo. but now that Winchester runs Lake City would they be using the LC headstamp for their 556 ammo

Like to find out which brand it is

LC 21 should be made by Winchester. Federals contract at lake city ended before 2021.
