Winchester lever gun in good condition; will take down anything in the lower 48 states. bluing isn't perfect but overall pretty good. Probably 500 rounds put through the gun over the years; I'm including around twenty rounds and a 50-round plastic box. Looking for $500, reduced to $450! Found a trade, but wife wants me to give it a week to sell before I take the trade. Looking to trade for 870 combo, preferably super-mag, willing to look at other shotgun trades as well. ftf in Mandeville or southshore, I'm also in Baton Rouge occasionally. pm preferred or email hankstravaganza@yahoo.com. Thanks!

    GONE TRADED!

This is real nice - I'm a sucker for lever guns.

Question: Top eject? And, is the ammo Winchester Super X? Any idea of age?

    Thanks
    Marc Price

The rifle is top-eject; It is a true Winchester, not a USRA, (based on markings on butt-plate) meaning it was produced 1981 or earlier. Serial number data for 94 XTR's was lost in a fire, but my research on the gun leads me to believe it was a 1981 production (sn BBO 45xxx). Very few, if any, .375's were made with angle eject. I got the ammmo about 5 years ago at Cabela's if I remember. I'm not sure if anyone other than Winchester makes ammo for the weapon. I actually have more rounds than I thought, 43 rounds of soft point in a Case-Gard box.
