SPF - 1954 Winchester 94 .30-30

Hubby has decided he wants a Winchester 9422 22lr (not magnum) like he had a several years back (and for some reason sold it ).

He has a 1954 Winchester 94, .30-30, in very good condition, about 90% that he would trade for a 9422 in very good condition.

This gun has not been shot much - not hardly any bluing wear on the loading gate! A couple little spots where flash rust hit, and a few light handling marks, really nothing considering this gun is 57 years old and has been a Louisiana gun all its life!

Outright sell for $650.

You're probably right! But if he does, I'll let him borrow MY 1963 94 in .32 Win Spl!

If we had to put a price on this gun, it would have to be enough for my husband to get a really nice, clean 9422. (Seems these are pricey little boogers).

Probably would be asking in the $650 range.

$650 is a reasonable price. I just paid that much for a '55 model 94 about a year ago. (similar blueing, great old walnut stock, etc.) I don't think I could sell mine - but, your price is certainly reasonable.

Wish I had the extra funds to make you an offer, too.
