I don't suppose that you have a sight pusher tool that would install those sights on an M&P? I could use / would buy them, but I don't know anybody that has a tool to install them around here.

I actually do have a sight pusher and would gladly put them on for you. However I currently have a couple folks interested in them, I'll let ya know if they don't end up snagging them.
