ar15 barrel length???

if im not mistaken legal barrel length is 16" right?? but does that include the flash suppressor/hider,,,what im asking is if i buy a Ar15 with a 11" barrel and a 5.5" flash sup. would i be legal,,,or do i need a 16" barrel before suppressor???

I think it would have to be permanently attached.

It is 16" total length and the flash hider has to be permanently attached/pinned/welded.

this ones around the same price with the 4rail system and front grip,,but its a 11" with a 5.5'' hider...i guess ill have to call and make sure its a prem, attachment.
