how bad is the fit with a non threaded g17? Figure it couldnt be too bad since they just extend for the barrel portion.

No difference whatsoever.

The fit on the Raven with a non-threaded barrel is fine. You won't notice a diffrence the barrel extension isnt a contact point. I think I used to own everything in this post. That Rail is in excellent shape.
