I have a Marlin 512 chambered in 12ga. It has a 21" fully rifled barrel and a two round detachable box mag.
The reciever is tapped from the factory for a scope mount.

I have shot 7 shells out of it in the time Ive owned it. The gun is very accurate!

Yes it does. But all the shells that come with it are 2 3/4"

Thank you. I share your love for Marlins as well, Growing up I remember seeing one in wal-mart and I wanted one ever since. Stumbled upon one at a good price and picked it up, however it has found it way on to the chopping board because I dont care for bolt actions. I much perfer semi-auto, pump or even lever.
