I think ammo prices are actually coming down. I got an offer for 223, 55 FMJ PMC - for 330 shipped last week. Might be enough stuff out there for a little competition to be rearing its head... time will tell.

It would fit that me buying 10 cases of ammo marked the affordable return...

I shot Hotshot ammo once and hated it...I don't remember what the issue was, I think it was just really dirty ammo and wasn't consistent. I'm sure it was more consistent than I was at the time though so it may have been an unfounded loathing, i just know that I have avoided it sense.

But, I might need to try some more.
