I have acquired a 1980 S&W K-22 Masterpiece, 17-4, 8 3/8 barrel, SN 83K2958, original Box, paperwork and tools. I'd like to find out a realistic value. I will most likely be selling this gun since I'm not a Bullseye shooter or collector.

I've had some very knowledgable pistol folks examine the gun and they all believe that it has never been fired since it left the factory.

I have an old model 17 to that was my grandfathers. I want to say it's a 17-4 also. It's not quite NIB condition, but in really good condition nonetheless. It's one of those guns I'll have forever.

You've got a real beauty there . I have one just like it with a 6" barrel. Hang on to it and pass it down . They don't make 'em like that anymore .
