I also have a Ruger mini 30 Hogue stock.Feels like one big piece of rubber.I would think this would definitely help
out on the recoil shock of the 30.I would like to trade it for a regular wooden/plastic original stock.I would also
need the screws for the clip guide I guess if I sold it,I would need $50 shipped so I could buy a regular stock off
ebay.

Are the magpul handguards new? Also, is anything wrong with them? How is the fit on a rifle? Loose/any rotation? Thanks

The magpul Hand guards are new.As far as fit.They were tight,because when
I took them off the rifle.They were tighter than a regular carbine guards.

I just have no use for them.I use regular hand guards or free float quads..

If you run into a snag on finding a stock for your mini, I have a new take off (well it was new when I took it off!) tucked safely away without a scratch on it I may part with. Mine like the butler creek steel folders. Not sure about a screw though. I think that's reused on swapping the stock. Prolly an orderable part. Ruger is easy to deal with.
So, no offense but, managing the recoil of a mini 30?

Well.maybe not so much managing the recoil as to managing a better feel and
I do believe with this all rubber stock,it would help with recoil,considering the
buttpad is like 2 inches thick lol..

you might be chasing a ghost my friend. Idk.
Try two 30's and a jungle clip. Cuz two 30's beats a 40 any day of the week.

No..it looks less than ghostly ma.I have seen a few being sold with their ruger30s
On other forums..I know there out there.Getting someone to let go of one is
probably the biggest hurdle.I was trying to see mainly if someone knew of a web
site that did sell the,.I am trying Jack first today and collector firearms as well..

It seems as though the 40 round,just going by pics,is a bit straighter than the
30rd mag.I built it into a bullpup and I don't want to cut the grip as I had too
on the 10/22 50 rd mag
