I am not the original owner of either so I am not sure of round count.
The 442 does have a crimson trace grip but it is currently not working.
It has no lock and is in great shape.

The model 38 does have small specks from MINOR rusting but nothing major.
Obviously it is not in pristine condition, but is still a great looking gun.
