Been looking at the news articles for this story, and it seems it all started b/c the manager wouldn't let him inside the lobby b/c it was closed.

-The suspect tried to come into the lobby area, but it was closed for the night(doors were already locked).
-Suspect starts to argue w/ the manager,Living, about letting him in
-Suspect goes around to the drive-thru, places a order, continues the argument with the manager and drives away.
-5 to 10 min later the suspect drives up to the drive-thru window again, restarts the argument, and shoots the manager in the chest.

Living was one of our insured employees, the media has their facts wrong, go figure, the arguement was over a demand for free food, there were 5 occupants in the perpetrator vehicle and they only had 75% of the invoice amount and argued for free food, the gang leader argued that Living should give them the $2.00 in free food since they were from the hood, when he did not comply they left the premises (in their stolen SUV) and we assume retrieved a gun from somewhere, returned in 5 mins, Living thought they returned with the remainder of the money for the food they left behind, so he opened the window for what he thought would be a sale for the rest of the food, but rather was shot and killed, one shot in the chest, he was to graduate in Dec with an Associate degree in Dental Assistant from Remington College, he was honorably discharged from the US Army less than 2 years ago. The arrested Gun Man, Johnny Zeno, was released out of Prison less than 45 days ago. Justice is &^%ed up and another good guy is murdered and survived by 3 small children and an ex-wife.
