I am new to glocks, but why is it labeled as non-drop?

As I understand it, these will not drop freely from the pistol when loaded. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

being that they are NFML, they swell when fully loaded. When the mag is empty they will Drop free as a mag should.

They were required to stay in the gun by there first Mil contracts if the button was hit.

It is part of their old design.

I ordered 5 mags for my 19. I just got 5 mags labeled as Glock 19 9mm mags. Got a free knife and glasses, cool stuff right. Except for the fact when I pulled the mag out of the wrapper it is stamped .40 and is about an inch longer than the mag from my 19.

Awesome, Im going to try to call them tomorrow.

Yes all 5 are for a .40, I will let you know if they dont make it right.

I bet they wont since they are now out of stock of 19 mags.

Called and they just told me to call back in about an hour. WTF? I guess they only deal with problems after lunch.

Just an update, Ive called a few times now.

Same generic response, call back in an hour and speak to Jody.

I guess there is only one person that can handle customer service issues.

I dont think Im going to order from this place again.

They sent me .40 mags also. I called last week when I received them and Jody set some aside for me awaiting the returns. He said that they were indeed now out of the G19 mags.

Yah, pretty short conversation that I finally got to have with him. He said he wouldnt have enough to cover my order and the only thing he would do was give me a credit. Im not to happy, he did say that the next time I order just to tell them he said to give me free shipping. Im sure that will go over real well and would probably never happen without some sort of coupon or verification.

I already sent a pm to see if Richard still wants to trade mags.

I probably wont order from cdnn again, there are just to many retailers out there now. I have a problem with one on a simple order like five magazines I am just taking my business elsewhere.

Yep, he emailed me a UPS return label. I was disappointed when the mags came in wrong, but was happy they made it good. I've had nothing but good transactions with CDNN.
