Forgot to add that the rifle comes with a soft case. Lastly, I am not really interested in pistols unless its a pistol/rifle combo offer. I need to get a rifle out of this deal. 16" AR's or a Sig556 preferred.

Somebody needs to jump on this. The Knight's Armament RAS retails for around $350, and the GripPod for another $100. It's like getting the rifle for $250, not to mention the other upgrades.

I bought this rifle from a member of the forum a few months ago and have literally only put a 50 round box of Hornady through it since the purchase in May. He put this rifle together and said he put no more than 300 through it himself. It's scary accurate and a great looking rifle. The only reason I am even considering letting this rifle go is the fact that I believe I would rather something different. I originally thought I would like the idea of a 20" barrel but quickly decided against it. I have many long guns as it is and want something a bit more maneuverable. Comes with 2 P-Mags. $700 cash or trade for a 16" AR or Sig556. I will obviously throw in cash to even things up depending on what you have. Just thinking out loud but why not sell/trade just the upper. Maybe keep the BCG and CH. You could then purchase a 16" such as http://www.bayoushooter.com/forums/showthread.php?88762-BCG-and-charging-handle-for-Palmetto-upper and depending how well you come out you should have extra to go towards ammo or future optic.
