Ok so I finally recovered my stolen Remington 870. Obviously the local thugs haven't taken many shop classes or been instructed in gun smithing. I am in need of a new barrel and stock system. Wood on it now is disgustingly dirty, scratched, and beat to hell. This piece of shiezer also cut my standard "shot" barrel with what looks to be a butter knife. Thankfully I have a slug barrel for it stashed away. Need like new stock. Wood or plastic, tactical or standard, no preference as anything will be better than what's on there. Also would like to find a new ribbed shot barrel. Pic is for your viewing pleasure. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1345659300.078698.jpgThanks in advance.

I have a like-new walnut (not the Express laminate) stock and fore end that I took off a new Wingmaster when I replaced it with upgraded wood. If you're interested, PM me and I'll shoot a picture for you to check it out and figure out a reasonable price including shipping.

Saddest thing is I can't find out who this punk is because he was a juvenile. Thinking about pressing charges due to the loss of the condition of the weapon, but i know that'll probably get me nowhere. It's just under the 16" mark so I had to toss it today. Really surprised (well not really) that the police gave it back to me in that configuration. When I asked them to take off the barrel and keep it so I don't get arrested on the way home, they said nope. Thank for all the offers gents. Looking into my options and I'll reply to emails by tomorrow evening.
