Up for trade or sale is my wonderfully impractical daily driver. I love this car but need a truck for my lifestyle. Only interested in trading equal or up, no projects.
Wish list:
-Crew cab
-4wd
-tow package
-lowish mileage or documented high mileage upkeep
-working AC and reliability
The Camaro is a factory SS with a fresh and upgraded LS1. Just a few thousand miles on the new engine installed last year. Under 200k on odometer. Super reliable and I drive it everyday and just took it to Memphis and back then to Floribama and back.
-Paint/body is good for age not perfect but nothing major
-Inside is decent shape, better than average for a Fbody of this year. Leather cracked all around but has real nice custom covers. Stock dash top is toast but it has a cover and carpet so you would never know
-TTOPS SERIOUSLY DON'T LEAK
Upgrades:
ported LS6 intake
ported throttle body
SLP lid/catch can
ported and polished 243 cylinder heads with new valves
BTR platinum springs, retainers, guides, pushrods, and Reunion rocker upgrade
I'm in Nola best contact is text 504-920-8559
LS7 lifters and trays
Comp cam 227/234
long tube headers (throwing a oxy code)
new timing gear and chain
new oil and water pump
powder coated valve covers, front and rear timing covers, and oil pan
APR cylinder head and rod bolts
ATI balancer
totally new A/C, ice ice cold
Flowmaster exhaust with dump (crap install would recommend you change)
Monster stage 2 clutch
6 speed was rebuilt at 120k
Tick master cylinder (adjustable clutch)
Auburn posi and Richmond 4:10 gears make her a highway monster
BMR rear panhard
fresh shocks/springs all around with fresh bumpstops (adjustable rears)
fresh fluids after build
Corvette Z06 rims with Nittos 555s in decent shape
new cross drilled rotors and pads
new optima red top
HID headlights (ok quality, aimed correct)
Top of the line metallic window tint
Stereo system with 2 10s in custom removable box
new window motors
Issues:
-Slow leak in rack/pinion. I have a nice new one but haven't had a chance to install it yet. Leaks too slow to be a real bother
-Check engine light for oxy sensor. Replaced sensor but didn't correct. I've been told its a result of the long tube headers.
-Exhaust from the headers back is very low quality fitment and welds, I'd recommend a re-do. Leaky welds and lack of cats makes it a bit stinky.
All in all super reliable and being driven daily. Please understand this is a muscle car with a very heavy clutch and stupid amount of torque. It's not for kids or people that don't know their way around a stick shift.
Title is clean.
More pics coming and available all I have now are these from a ride last weekend
