Did a little smoking today.
Boston butt went on at 8:30 this morning.
Ribs went on at 11 am and smoked for two hours.
Ribs got wrapped and cooked for another 2 hours then unwrapped for another 45 minutes.
Finished the ribs at 3:30.
The Boston Butt hit the magic temp of 203 at around 5:30 this evening for some great pulled pork.
Time to eat!
