Academy in Lafayette is nearly bone dry on all of their ammo. I was surprised that they do have a few cases of XM193 on the shelf for around $9.49 per box of 20

They are changing the location of their distribution center (to the east cost, IIRC). It is not just the ammo that they are out of, it is a store wide thing. They should start seeing more shipments of everything soon. This is was I was told by the hunting/fishing manager in Slidell anyway.

They had run out but received more stock this morning of the XM193F

Also on the shelves this morning are a Sig 556
and a Bushmaster flat top with low-pro gas block, CAR stock and M-4 style barrel for 999
    in case anyone was interested.

Oh, and they got in a metric **** ton of WWB and CCI Blazer ammo. Prices aren't great though.
    ~12$ for 9mm and ~17$ for the .40 WWB.

Lately in Baton Rouge Ammo is becoming scarce. 38 rounds are scarce - none at Bass Pro and none at Academy. Makes me nervous.
