Any mexican cornbread recipes???

I need a recipe for Mexican Cornbread!!!

Stop by any Walmart every other Friday and ask someone.

Four packages corn bread mix with the required ingredients on back of pack
2 lb ground beef
a whole yellow onion
2 Cans of corn
two jars of sliced jalepenos diced
2-4 lbs of mexican blend cheese depending on how cheesy you like it.

Brown the hamburger meat with the onions. I mix it into the cornbread mix. Make sure you get the ration right of cornbread to meat and other ingredients or you will turn out with a puffy meat pie.

Well I just took a packet of Jiff out and followed the directions on the box. Then I added some Jalopenoes, corn, and cheese. Its pretty good.
