Anybody running a suppressor on a 22lr mp5?

What’s up gun gurus. I got a buddy adamant on purchasing a 22lr mp5 with tri lug as a suppressor host. I’m reading around and found the tri-lug on the 22 mp5 is out of spec compared to its 9mm variant. Anybody here successfully running a suppressed 22lr mp5?

I HAVE THE WALTHER HK ONE AND THE TRILUG IS JUST FOR LOOKS, I JUST THREAD MY SUPPRESSOR ON THE 1/2 X 28

If it’s a normal size 22 barrel it’s probably too small to host 9mm tri lug

I was real close to pulling the trigger on one of those 22lr MP5s the other week when PSA had em on sale for 349. I don't know about the tri lug, but the 1/2x28 should thread on fine.

I own a Umarex MP-5 SD version, but the barrel has a fake suppressor on it and the barrel itself it much to small and thin to mount a suppressor on. The pistol version may be different.
