Will sell my spare AR lower, to seal the deal

In case somebody wants the flat-top upper to build his/her own rifle, I can also sell a brand new Spikes Tactical lower receiver just like in the photo and still sealed in bubble wrap for another $85 (enough to cover my expenses + FFL transaction fee...)
Only thing else needed is the LPK (lower parts kit) plus your rear sight and whatever butt stock furniture you decide upon.
