    The odd of his surviving is because of Barak? That doesn't even make sense. If he believed his orders were illegal he should have gone up the chain of command and the, if finally rebuffed, refused movement. He could have been jailed and then argued that way. What he is doing is the ***** way out.

    We both agree that he went about it the wrong way . I still think that an Obama administration is less likely to pursue the maximum punishment that could be handed down . Obama is opposed to the war , and would be more sympathetic to his plight . My opinion , agree or not . If he get's stood up against the wall , I'll be the first one to say you were right . If all he get's is a Dishonorable , I'll expect the same from you .
