I hope the guy wins and gets his money.
This kinda proves that registration can lead to confiscation.

Just goes to show that if the government feels justified trampling one liberty, they feel justified trampling all. This is a MASSIVE 4th amendment infringement. A complaint is NOT 'due process of law'.
