BayouShooter blocked by your employer's web filter?

Yes. They block any discussion board. They even capture keystrokes... Love the site but not worth loosing my job over!

I know but I'm specifically looking for ones that block by domain (or category) like WebSense.

My hospital runs Websense but Bayoushooter is not blocked.

Yes. I get a message the site is attacking their servers at the hospital. Says originating from my connection. I can get on bs for about 5 mins then het the server attack message. So I have to turn off then turn back on and get back to site for a few minutes and repeat the process all over again.

FYI this happens when I connect over the hospital wifi. It's completely blocked on all of the desktops.

It used to be blocked at school (PRCC) for association with firearms, but I was on it all the time this semester. They run websense i think.

Our computers at Baton Rouge General (both midcity and bluebonnet have Websense and the forum is blocked. They also check History and will terminate for surfing forums and other nonwork related sites. Not worth my job. Sorry. Heck, they've fired more than 20 nurses this month and several other employees for various policy offenses. I'm not about to invoke their wrath to check the forum.

This obviously is for those whose job wouldn't be risked but certain type of sites are blocked.

websence is easy to get around , just rate the site as something like news in the rating system report or as a user just use ctunnel.com and go around it..
