Bill of sale for FTF

Does anyone on here happen to know what is required for a bill of sale for FTF?

Nothing, because a bill of sale is not required.

You can put whatever information that both the buyer and seller are want on it.

PM me your email I will send you what I use. I include drivers lincense numbers on mine, that way you know both are residents of Louisiana which if its a handguns makes it legal.

I have a Bill of Sale in a .pdf format, which if you're not familiar with this format, can be opened as long as you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. I also have a space for the buyer's DL# and a space for a 3rd party witness. PM me your email and I can send it to you.

All face to face transactions of firearms require both parties to be residents of the same state, not just handguns.

This is incorrect according to the ATF.
You can buy a long gun or shotgun from a FFL in any state, not just bordering states, FTF is same state residence only.

Q: From whom may an unlicensed person acquire a firearm under the GCA?
A person may only acquire a firearm within the person’s own State, except that he or she may purchase or otherwise acquire a rifle or shotgun, in person, at a licensee’s premises in any State, provided the sale complies with State laws applicable in the State of sale and the State where the purchaser resides. A person may borrow or rent a firearm in any State for temporary use for lawful sporting purposes.
