Looking for a place nearest to Houma with someone who knows what the hell they're doing (professional) to tune my bow. Willing to drive a little, but the closer the better. Not Bow Hunter's or Songy's in Houma, please.

Only place I know to refer you is Bowie Outfitters in Baton Rouge and Spillway Sportsman in Port Allen. Tuning would lead me to believe you are having some issues? What are you looking to have done?

Think I see a slight fishtail with arrow flight. Difficult to tell at that speed. Shooting and grouping well, Guess I might leave it alone and fool with it more after the season. It's a Mathews Switchback I bought with the rest already on it, but tuned with different arrows than the one's I'm using.

Fishtail can happen for a number of reasons. You should try to setup your own paper tuning station and see what happens. While paper tuning is not the be all end all of tuning it would tell you identify if the fishtailing is occurring due to the arrow rest being out of alignment or not.

Fishtailing can also occur due to spine strength. I can't remember the article I read but definitely start with a paper tune to make sure your arrow path is straight.

I spoke to Outdoor Express in Paradis (used to be Sammy's). They said they got rid of the paper, using a lazer now. May give that a try.
