I believe the law allows for the ownership of a "switchblade knife" but not the carry. Should be legal for BOB, Tackle Box, Workshop...etc.

Not legal in Louisiana if you're a civilian. Besides, those things are pieces of crap. We went into a shop in Tennessee where they were selling some like that (minus the lighter), and I accidentally broke 3 of them just trying to test them out.

Or you can get the same thing for $3.44 with free shipping... I have two. Not really that useful. Blade is weak and flimsy, not the best flame from the lighter. It's not very dangerous, you can hold the thing up to your arm and eject the blade and it will just bounce off your skin and not lock out.

Guess I'll delete this link... didn't know they weren't legal here... hmm, well I guess they aren't illegal anymore if I remove the blades...
